Crushing

We provide aggregate crushing services to prepare the raw materials you need for your construction project. Raw aggregates are fed into a jaw for primary crushing. The crushed stones are then transferred into a cone to process further, and the crushed stone is sieved into different grades by a vibrating screen.

Screening

The aggregate screening process separates materials. Raw materials pass through a vibrating screen box that contains different screen and mesh sizes. The material falls through a sieve, and each rock size falls onto an attached conveyor, which stockpiles each product, organizing them at the end for hauling. The process of screening is used to create various sizes and specifications of sand, gravel, crushed stone, coal, and topsoil.
